1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between kirkya and its users. By using the kirkyacasino.cam website or any of its services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

The kirkya platform is an online casino and sports betting service operated for Bangla-speaking users in Bangladesh. These terms may be available in both English and Bangla; however, the Bangla version will serve as the basis for interpretation relevant to Bangladeshi users.

These terms apply to all services, promotional offers, bonuses, games, and any benefits provided through kirkya. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this platform. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account, playing, or conducting any financial transaction. kirkya reserves the right to close such accounts at any time and withhold any associated funds.

1.2 Jurisdiction and Applicability

Users must confirm for themselves that using online gaming and betting services is lawful from their location. The responsibility for complying with local laws regarding online gaming rests entirely with the user.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with kirkya, each user must complete the registration process with accurate and complete information. A person may open only one account. If a single individual attempts to open multiple accounts, all such accounts may be closed.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other details provided at registration must be correct. If an account is opened with false information, or if incorrect information is provided later, the account may be immediately cancelled and any funds in the account will not be refunded.

2.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the kirkya support team immediately.

2.3 Sole Ownership

Each account is for personal use only. Placing bets on behalf of a third party, transferring an account, or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kirkya reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time when required. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

• A clear photo of your national identity card or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (if applicable).
• A utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

Documents submitted will be verified by kirkya and kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Additional documents may be requested if there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or fraud.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The payment methods currently accepted for deposits at kirkya are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

You must use your own registered payment account when making a deposit. Any deposit made from a third-party account may be rejected, in which case the funds will be returned to the sender.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer may be used as withdrawal methods.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met. Deposits will be returned to the original payment method where possible; withdrawing via an alternative method may require additional verification.

4.3 Source of Funds

All funds used on kirkya must come from legitimate sources. If there is suspicion of money laundering or involvement in illegal activity, the relevant account may be suspended immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kirkya offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on that offer's page. General bonus terms are set out below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That is, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Weekly Reload Bonus

The kirkya weekly reload bonus gives 30% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times and the minimum deposit is ৳300. This can be claimed once per week.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A second bonus cannot be added while one bonus is already active.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering required to earn the bonus has been completed in full.
• kirkya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on kirkya (slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, etc.) are operated under specific rules and terms. The rules for each game are described within the game itself.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error or server issue in a game makes the outcome unclear, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. If an abnormally large win occurs due to an error, kirkya reserves the right not to pay that amount.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. In live betting, odds may change at any time and once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed.

6.3 Multi Bet

Multi bets can be placed by combining multiple selections. A full win is paid only if all selections are correct; if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kirkya platform:

• Using another person's account or providing false information when creating an account.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers, or systematically exploiting them for advantage.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using an account for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other users or staff.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to undermine the security of the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if required.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

8.1 At kirkya's Initiative

kirkya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for reasonable cause. Grounds for closure include: breach of terms, suspicion of fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or participation in prohibited activities.

8.2 At the User's Initiative

Any user who wishes to close their account may submit a request through the support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets must be settled, all bonus requirements must be met, and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

kirkya may take action on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the applicable policy. An attempt will be made to notify the user before any changes are made to an inactive account.

9 Limitation of Liability

kirkya is not liable for any financial loss suffered by a user as a result of using the platform, unless that loss is directly caused by a technical error on the platform. Gaming and betting are inherently risky and there is no guarantee of winning.

• Loss caused by internet connection problems or faults with the user's device.
• Loss arising from third-party activities (hacking, phishing, etc.).
• Account access through false information or fraudulent identity.
• Loss resulting from the user's own gaming decisions.

kirkya always strives to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical limitations, and kirkya will endeavour to provide advance notice in such cases.

10 Responsible Gaming
